Terms of Use
These plain-language terms set expectations for persona pages, AI assistance, connected accounts, mailbox tools, affiliate links, and platforms that MyPersonas cannot automate.
Effective July 28, 20261. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using MyPersonas / AliaSpaces, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
“Service” means the AliaSpaces persona network, MyPersonas private management studio, account ledger, drafts, schedules, AI features, inbox tools, and any supported provider connector operated under the MyPersonas / AliaSpaces label.
2. Age and authority
- The service is not directed to children under 13. A child under 13 must not create an account or use public fan chat.
- You must be at least 18 to create, manage, or intentionally view an adult/NSFW persona through the service.
- You must have authority to manage every persona, Page, professional account, mailbox, bot, channel, website, or other destination you connect or record.
- If you act for an organization or another person, you are responsible for having their permission and the provider roles required for the requested action.
The current 18+ page prompt is self-attestation, not identity-based age verification. Do not use it as proof of age or consent.
3. Your account and security
You are responsible for protecting your AliaSpaces sign-in and the devices where your session or local chat backup is stored. Use a strong password if you enable password sign-in, turn on two-factor authentication when available, and sign out of devices you no longer control.
Do not store external provider credentials in private notes, the account ledger, persona fields, AI prompts, support reports, or drafts. Official connectors must use the provider’s own authorization page.
Notify the operator through the in-app Report a problem control if you see unexpected account activity. Do not include credentials in the report.
4. Personas, anonymity, and content
You keep responsibility for content you create or upload. You give MyPersonas / AliaSpaces permission to store, process, display, and deliver that content only as needed to provide the features and visibility you select.
Persona pages can separate a public identity from the private owner record, but the service does not guarantee anonymity. Public posts, links, media, writing style, metadata, or interactions may identify you. Uploaded media is stored in a public bucket, so treat its URL as public even when used on a private or unlisted page.
You may not use the service to:
- Impersonate a real person or organization deceptively, claim authority you do not have, or misrepresent a commercial relationship.
- Publish child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate material, exploitation, trafficking, or instructions that facilitate abuse.
- Harass, threaten, stalk, dox, defraud, phish, distribute malware, evade provider security, or obtain credentials or payment information from followers.
- Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
- Spam people, manipulate engagement, or violate the rules of a connected or destination platform.
Adult content must involve consenting adults, follow the host and destination platform’s rules, and remain unavailable to minors. Public AI fan chat is not available for NSFW personas in the current release.
5. External accounts and provider rules
Each provider controls eligibility, permissions, API access, review, rate limits, pricing, and permitted automation. You must follow that provider’s terms in addition to these terms.
- Facebook: an official management connector may operate eligible Facebook Pages, not personal profiles.
- Instagram: an official connector may operate eligible professional accounts, subject to Meta permissions and review.
- Discord and Telegram: automation must use an authorized bot with appropriate server, group, or channel permissions—not a normal user session.
- WhatsApp and Snapchat: management is limited to eligible business/public-profile products and their provider approvals.
- OnlyFans, Signal, and unsupported platforms: MyPersonas may organize links, content plans, drafts, schedules, response suggestions, approval lists, and posted/sent status for staged items. It may not sign in, scrape private pages, post, message, or respond on your behalf without a supported official API.
You can revoke connected access at the provider at any time. Removing MyPersonas data does not delete the external provider account or content already posted there.
6. AI assistance and approvals
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, biased, or unsuitable. Review facts, rights, links, claims, safety, and platform requirements before using it. AI output is not legal, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advice.
Scheduled generation creates drafts and does not approve its own work. Editing an approved draft clears that approval. Native AliaSpaces publishing can run only within the configured persona status, destination mode, exact-content approval, pause state, quiet hours, and limits. External destinations remain manual until a tested official write connector is installed and separately authorized.
You are responsible for the AI provider you connect, its charges and terms, and the material sent to it. Never put credentials or information you are not allowed to disclose in prompts.
7. Mailbox management
The current mailbox connector supports Gmail. Reports inspect selected metadata, subjects, senders, and bounded preview snippets; they do not read full bodies or download attachments. A scheduled scan is report-only.
Labels, label-and-archive, recoverable Trash, and Undo require a separate exact plan and fresh owner approval. MyPersonas does not send email, permanently delete messages, download attachments, create forwarding, change account security, block senders, or visit unsubscribe destinations in the current release.
You must review protected categories and every proposed action. Gmail controls its own Trash retention, and undo cannot be guaranteed after the displayed deadline or after a provider-side change.
8. Affiliate, sponsored, and commercial material
You are responsible for truthful claims, accurate pricing and availability, required sponsorship or affiliate disclosures, and compliance with advertising, endorsement, consumer-protection, tax, and platform rules.
Use the content-plan disclosure field and place a clear disclosure where a viewer will see it. Approval of a draft does not verify a product, merchant, offer, claim, or legal requirement.
9. Public interactions and fan chat
Comments, reactions, public persona content, and fan-chat messages may be seen or retained by other people. Public fan chat is AI-generated and must be disclosed as such in the interface. A flagged conversation is placed in the owner-review inbox; that does not promise a human reply or live intervention.
Do not use fan chat to request passwords, verification codes, payment details, money, or highly sensitive personal information. Do not depend on it for emergencies.
10. Availability and changes
Features can be interrupted, limited, changed, or removed because of maintenance, security, provider policy, API review, rate limits, cost, or legal requirements. A provider can revoke access or change permissions independently of MyPersonas.
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. No specific uptime, posting result, audience growth, revenue, inbox classification accuracy, provider approval, or continued API access is promised.
11. Responsibility for actions
You remain responsible for the personas and external accounts you control; the posts, messages, email changes, links, offers, and disclosures you approve; and compliance with the rules that apply to them. Review action history and provider dashboards, and pause automation if anything is unexpected.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MyPersonas / AliaSpaces is not responsible for a provider’s outage, policy decision, account restriction, data handling, content removal, or action taken outside the service.
12. Suspension and ending use
Access or automation may be paused or suspended to protect users, providers, or the service; investigate misuse; or comply with provider or legal requirements. You may stop using the service, disconnect providers, delete content, and request deletion of the remaining sign-in record.
See the Data Deletion Guide for exact controls and provider revocation links.
13. Questions and updates
Use the in-app Report a problem button and begin your note with “Terms.” Do not include passwords, tokens, recovery codes, or payment information.
If these terms change materially, the effective date should be updated before the changed terms are relied on.
